Hi everyone, we are Markella and Fotini from Athens and we took part in the training course ‘Be a Leader’ in Targoviste, Romania from 25.10.2023 to 30.10.2023 .

We are glad we got to participate in this training course, it was a wonderful experience. During the project we learnt a lot about leadership and ways to achieve our goals, while communicating effectively with different people. Through the activities we improved not only our leadership skills, but many individual skills too, as we got to know ourselves a little better.

Also, we met so many people from different backgrounds, which was wonderful, since we got to know about their culture and their points of view on various topics. The facilitators were knowledgeable, professional, polite and they took care of our needs. We also want to thank Despina and the #Social Inclusion organization for giving us this opportunity and for their perfect collaboration. After this beautiful learning journey we are motivated to inspire the youth and take initiative to make changes for the better.
